Is this a wedding website?
It's the whole journey. A wedding website shows information; a Destination capsemble runs the celebration — passes, RSVPs, transfers, check-in, the live experience, and the album and film afterwards, all on one URL that becomes the keepsake.
Do my guests pay or install anything?
Never. Guests open their Destination Pass in the browser from their invitation link — itinerary, their accommodation, their shuttle, their QR. No app, no account required to attend.
Are tickets involved?
Destination guests receive a pass, not a ticket. Function check-in is operational — transport counts, meal service — not paid admission. If you ever need paid public tickets, that's Capsemble Live and it plugs in separately.
How do I find the vendors?
The Marketplace is where you discover and compare providers, and every booked provider joins your celebration's team board with only the access their job needs. If you'd rather not do the sourcing, Concierge does it with you.
What does Concierge cost?
Posting a Concierge brief is free, and providers quote for free. When quotes arrive, one A$29 fee opens every quote on that brief — including quotes that come later — and then you talk to providers directly. You approve every provider, contract and payment.
What happens after the celebration?
The same URL becomes the capsemble: curated Moments by function, the album, the recap film, thank-yous — and printed keepsakes through the Capsemble Store when you want them in hand.
