The Event Agent

Running an event is a hundred small jobs. The Event Agent takes the ones that are mostly typing: the setup, the promotion, the questions attendees ask, the announcements during the day, and the report at the end. It works inside the dashboard you already use, and you approve everything before it goes out.

The three agents

Album Agent

Curates what the crowd sent into an album you edit. Built in, every event.

Video Agent

Drafts an editable highlight film. Built in, every event.

Event AgentAdd-on

Helps you promote, support and operate the event itself.

What it takes off your desk

Seven jobs, spread across the week before, the day itself, and the week after.

Before

Event setup

Answers about the shape of the event become the event. Tiers, agenda, speakers, prompts, hashtag and wall settings, drafted from a short brief and left for you to change.

Before

Marketing and social

Announcement copy, line-up posts, reminder emails and captions in your own tone, sized for the places you actually post. Last year's album is the source material.

Before & during

Attendee support

The questions every event gets — parking, times, access, what to bring — answered on your event page and by email, from your own information, with anything it is unsure of passed to you.

During

Polls, announcements and nudges

Suggests a poll when the room goes quiet, a challenge when contributions dip, an announcement when a set is about to start. You send it or you do not.

During

Moderation assistance

Sorts the queue so the obvious approvals are quick and anything questionable is flagged first. A person still makes the call — nothing publishes itself.

Before & after

Sponsor campaigns

Drafts sponsor placements for the wall and the album, then assembles the delivery numbers each sponsor was promised.

After

Summaries and reporting

A post-event summary, attendee feedback pulled together, and the report you send the board, the council or the sponsor — with the album and film attached.

How it behaves

  • Everything arrives as a draft. You approve, edit or bin it.
  • It writes from your event and your past events, not from the internet.
  • It can be switched off mid-event without breaking anything.

What it will not do

  • No face recognition, and no naming people in photos.
  • No invented moments, quotes or numbers in a report.
  • No publishing without a person pressing the button.

Pricing

Priced per event season, not per prompt.

It depends on how many events you run and how much of the work you want handed over. Tell us your season and we will quote it.
