Pricing questions
Do guests pay?
No. The host or organiser buys the event plan and invited contributors join free.
What is free?
Starter: one event at a time, up to 10 people and 50 Moments, with album and Wall previews and draft films. It is there to see how a capsemble works. To run a real event you unlock it with a one-time plan — Memory for a small party, Memory Plus for a wedding, Memory Grand for the big one.
How do I pick a size?
By people and Moments. Count the guests you expect to join (not invitees — the ones who will actually scan and shoot), and roughly ten Moments per person for a wedding. If you land in between, buy the smaller plan and add +100 people or +1,000 Moments as you need them.
What is the Photographer link?
A separate link you give your photographer or videographer. Their uploads are tagged, skip the approval queue by default (you can switch that off) and land on the Wall and in the album as they arrive — alongside everything the guests capture. Included with Memory Plus and above and every Live plan.
Is this a subscription?
Memory and Live event plans are one-time purchases for one event. Memory Year is annual and never renews without clear consent.
Can I change plans on an event?
Yes — moving up is instant and you pay only the difference between the two founder prices. There is no moving down: you already have more than the smaller plan offers, so there is nothing to buy.
How do add-ons work?
An add-on is bought for one event and stacks: two Extra Circle add-ons give that event two more Circles. They apply immediately and stay with the event.
I created an event and deleted it — does that count?
No. Deleted and archived events free their slot immediately and never count against you. The only thing a deletion cannot undo is a one-time plan already bought for that event; that plan stays with the event you bought it for.
What actually stops me?
Five things are enforced: the number of Moments an event can hold, the number of people who can join it, the number of Circles it includes, saving the final film, and the Photographer link. Everything else on this page describes what each plan is designed for — nothing stops mid-event because you ran a third poll.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The one you pick above — Australian dollars, Indian rupees or US dollars. Each currency has its own rounded price rather than a live conversion, so what you see is what you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe.
Does using my own Drive reduce the price?
Your Google Drive is the only place originals go — there is no Capsemble storage to pay for. The plan covers collection, moderation, walls and the story tools; the storage is yours and never expires.
Why are Live plans more expensive?
Live adds audience engagement, event screens, moderation, promotions, organiser roles, reporting and higher real-time usage — not only a larger album.
