Creator Program Terms

1. Joining

You apply from your Capsemble account. We review each application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Once approved you get a creator code and a personal link. Codes are unique; we may adjust a requested code if it is taken or unsuitable.

2. What you get for your own events

Approved creators receive one of two benefits for their own events, chosen by us when we approve you and shown in your creator area: a complimentary Memory Membership for a set term, or a creator discount on Capsemble Live plans for a set number of events. We may switch you from one to the other. These benefits are for your own use, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and end if your membership of the program is suspended or ends. A membership you pay for yourself is never replaced by a complimentary one.

3. How rewards are earned

• Joins. When a new person creates a Capsemble account through your link or code and confirms their email address, a join reward is recorded for you.
• Payments.When that person makes their first eligible payment, a paid-customer reward is recorded. Each person earns you at most one join reward and one paid-customer reward; renewals and later purchases don't earn again.
• Attribution. A person is credited to you for the attribution period shown in your creator area. Only new accounts count. The most recent creator link a person used wins.
• Never rewarded.Referring yourself, accounts you control, duplicate or throwaway accounts, incentivised or automated sign-ups, and anything else that doesn't reflect a real person choosing Capsemble.

The reward amounts in force are shown in your creator area and form part of these terms.

4. When rewards are paid

• Every reward is held for a period (the refund window) before it can be approved.
• Rewards are approved only once you have brought a set number of paying customers. Rewards earned before then are kept, not forfeited, and released together.
• A full refund, cancellation or chargeback of a payment reverses its reward. If that reward was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payment or reversed through Stripe.
• We pay through Stripe Connect where it is available in your country, or otherwise by Wise, PayPal or UPI to the account address you give us. We never collect bank or card numbers.
• You are an independent participant, not an employee or agent of Capsemble. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn and for providing any tax details Stripe or the law requires.

5. What you see about the people you bring in

Your creator area shows when each person you referred joined and whether they have paid. It never shows their name, email address, events or content, and you must not try to identify them from it.

6. How you promote Capsemble

• Disclose that you earn from Capsemble wherever you share your link or code — for example “#ad”, “#affiliate” or “I earn a reward” — in line with the rules that apply to you (ACCC and AANA in Australia, the FTC in the United States, ASCI in India).
• Be honest: describe Capsemble as an event management platform, show your own real experience, and don't promise prices, discounts or features that aren't on capsemble.com.
• Don't spam, don't buy search ads on the Capsemble name, don't impersonate Capsemble or its team, and don't post your code on coupon or deal sites unless we agree in writing.
• Use the logos, pictures and copy in the creator pack as supplied. Label AI-generated pictures as such when you reuse them.

7. Your content

Your content stays yours. We will only reshare or feature it with your permission and credit, unless a separate paid collaboration agreement says otherwise.

8. Changes, suspension and ending

We may change the program, including reward amounts, with notice in your creator area or by email; changes apply to rewards earned after the notice. We may suspend or end your participation if you break these terms or we reasonably suspect fraud — rewards linked to the breach are forfeited, and genuinely earned, approved rewards are still paid. You can leave at any time by contacting us.

9. General

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Questions: support@capsemble.com.
